NEW VIDEO  FROM ‘RED EYE’

September 16th sees the release of the brand new and powerful single ‘Moroccan Fruit’ by Red Eye.  Red Eye cover raw social, emotional and political issues, based on the foundation that every song should carry a message.

I think it was Morrissey who sang ‘ I thought that if you had an acoustic guitar, it meant that you were a protest singer’!.

Music as a tool for social change isn’t a new ideology, however ‘Moroccan Fruit’ is a serious message, and musically accomplished.

Influenced by Nina Simone’s version of the iconic ‘Strange Fruit’, the new Red Eye track ‘Moroccan Fruit’ is a blues song for the modern era. The song feels light and contains a jazz feel. A strong message that remains subtle, warm, and a melody with a strong resonance.
